external USB touch ID

Hi all,

My mac built in keyboard touch ID works fine with 2 finger prints i have. now i have connected the mac to Wavlink docking station, and i am trying to use my extrenal USB touch ID (BENSS), which was working fine ion my old windows pc, but it doesnt work on my mac OS (14.2.1). any ideas please how to make it works?
