Most likely it wasn’t activated properly when you purchased it did you keep the receipt. My best advice is to call Apple and verify that the card was activated or not. Then go back to wear you purchased it. Good luck

please Dont post any more pictures of your activation code because if you do get it to work someone on here can easily use your code and take your money
