Books missing from Kindle following transferring all data and apps to new ipad

I bought a new iPad 9th generation and wirelessly transferred everything on my old gen 6. Only took about 10 minutes and all seemed to go well. However, when I opened Kindle on the new ipad none of my many books were there when I looked in my library.

anybody know why, and how I get my books back?

Unable to find my Books EPUB files on iPhone. I have a number of books on my iPhone (iphone 11, iOS 17). I cannot find the files. I see lots of folks seem to have this problem. My issue is I do not have a Mac computer. All I have is my iPhone and my iCloud account. The files are in neither of these locations. I do know the file is somewhere because Books regulalrly deletes the books (even though I have plenty of cloud storage), and I have to redownload them. Most of the books have not been bought through the Apple bookstore, so I cannot check there. Any suggestions Apple community? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Books on Apple Books are missing I download PDFs of books or articles online and I like reading them on Apple Books since I can highlight things and add annotations that are saved to both my laptop and phone. Today I tried opening a book and noticed that all of my books and PDFs were gone. I looked at the original downloaded PDFs in my files and all of the highlights and annotations are gone. I am doing research so this is very inconvenient, I cant just lose all that work. What happened and how can I get the highlights back?

You need to ask Kindle support. This forum is for Apple's Books app.
