Lock screen not showing selected photo - going to default

I found last night that for some reason, my Lock Screen started to default to this random blur. I don’t know where it came from, as it does not match my Home Screen or my settings. I’m unsure how to rectify it as I have not tampered with the settings in any way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Lock Screen Blur Out Effect Hi there! I am assuming it’s apart of the new update, but there’s this new thing when making lock screens where if the photo is zoomed out enough it completely blurs the upper background… it completely ruins the photo and the only way for it to go away is to zoom in a lot and sometimes you have to zoom in too much before it goes away. Is there a way to shut that off? It is really annoying and now I can’t use most my photos without the ugly completely fogged/blurred effect. Please let me know!

Solved! Just had to turn the device off and on again.
