Recently I started having problems with sharing my photos to various applications, although I have never had any problems with it. When I go to the settings and a given application, e.g. messenger, the option to share the gallery with the application does not appear at all. Do you have any suggestions as to what could happen? and how to fix it?

Double check the following setting:
Open Settings ➡️ Privacy & Security ▶️ Photos: Here you can check all of the apps that have requested access to your photos (gallery) and give those apps the type of access you want.

If your screen is inactive, you need to have your iPhone fixed. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
I did as you said, but my screen is inactive, I cannot enter individual applications and grant access myself, it is blocked
when an application asks about access to photos, it takes me to settings and there is not even an option to select access to photos
Apps do not have access to Photo Library on iPhone
