HomePod reset on new network

Bought a new home, have a new router/network name. HomePod on original network is not showing up in “home” app. Cannot get it to prompt for new setup by holding my phone close. How to reset HomePod that is not displaying in home app?

According to what I’ve read, it seems like it would use the same network that your iPhone or iPad uses (that of whoever owns and originally set it up) and that it would notify you of a network mismatch automatically and provide aid in getting the network updated.

This article might help you:

If all else fails, you could try to do a factory reset.
