How to pause gestures on Apple Vision Pro

When watching a video while doing a task like folding the laundry or cleaning dishes. If you look at the video screen your hands may make pinching like gestures and skip around in the video or pause it doing undesired things. Is there a way to lock a screen so that hand gestures don’t get picked up accidentally? The only work around I found is that you actively look away from the screen while doing any gestures like pinching, but obviously that’s not desirable
