Keyboard missing keys

I have several users on my Mac mini but there is one user where some of the keys on the keyboard are not working. How can I fix this? Other users use the keyboard just fine.

What is the keyboard? Did you set it correctly when first connected so it would be recognized?

Often, it’s not about missing keys but simply keyboard not identified correctly.
