Is it possible to bookmark multiple tab groups in Safari at one time?

I have 30+ tab groups, each containing multiple open tabs themselves. I was wondering if there is any possible way to save all of the tab groups to a certain location ( preferably to my “Bookmarks” ) all at one time rather than having to spend the tedious time saving each individual tab group?

Yes, I know there is a way to save all open tabs but that is referring to the tabs not put into tab groups.
