I have an Apple TV 4k with a Siri remote. Everything used to work as it’s supposed to but I can no longer summon Siri with the remote. I’ve done all the troubleshooting
What finally worked was unpairing the remote, something that wasn't in the troubleshooting article I read
Siri has an On|Off setting in Settings﹥General﹥[sɪʀɪ] Siri﹥On|Off.
Siri on Apple TV is available for select countries and regions and languages. Unsupported countries/regions and language combinations (or when Siri is off) should invoke the Search app instead. Use Siri on your Apple TV - Apple Support

I restart daily
That shouldn’t be needed. Sleep-wake would be normal operation.
