transfer photos from my camera panasonic lumix DC-TZ2220D to my iphone 13 pro max

Difficulty doing this by Wi-Fi Bluetooth. If instead I use an apple cable which one would need for my iphone 13 pro max and also which one for my ipad pro 9.7inch bought in 2017?

Also,if I wanted to use the SD card reader what card reader and cable would I need to buy?

Transfer photos from iPhone to computer without wi-fi? I see lots of devices with lightening/usb connections for digital storage, but all seem to require an app for transfer without wi-fi, - and those apps all have horrible ratings. Suggestions?
