iPhone hanging up incoming calls
The past few days, whenever I receive a phone call the notification will appear on the screen, but before I get the chance to answer (or decline) the call, it changes to "call ended" and sends the caller to voicemail. If I am not actively looking at the screen, there will be no notification, unless a voicemail is left, as the call was not "missed." This has caused some problems for me as I have had multiple people try to contact me without my knowledge, and it comes across on their end like I am denying the call.
I am able to make return calls without issue, and all other functions of the phone seem to be working properly. I have read a few things that mentioned it could be call forwarding set up, or WiFi calling that is the issue but I have tried playing with those in the settings without avail. I updated to the latest iOS last night, but the problem is still there.
Is this an iPhone issue, or an issue with my service provider? If it is an iPhone issue, what settings/hardware could be the problem? I was initially leaning towards the service provider because all of the settings I have checked seem to be okay, but am asking here first as I do not want to sit on hold for a couple of hours with my service provider if it is not a problem on their end.
