is it possible to use gift card money on an app i can’t install but have on samsung device?

I hage an old IPad and just realized I have some gift card money on it. I only really have one place I want to spend it- a game I have on my phone that’s too large to install on the IPad. I’ve heard that you can still access Apple ID from Samsung devices somehow, so is this still possible in any way?
