FORGOT APPLE ID AND PASSWORD OF APPLE WATCH SERIES 3

I forgot my Apple ID and Password for my Apple Watch, and Apple watch got locked. I tried visiting authorised service center but they were not able to help me to unlock my watch.

Please help me finding a solution, I have my Apple watch invoice.
