My left apple airpod tip ripped off almost down to the base (see attached picture) and I was wondering if there were any tips on how to remove the rest of the tip so I can attach another replacement tip to the airpod?
Yes, Apple sells eartip replacements on their website.
You can buy directly from Apple.
Hi Julio, I have another question. Does apple sell ear tips for the first generation airpods? I see that amazon has some, but I'm hesitant to buy them in the event that they aren't compatible with mine.

You can try removing it with your fingernails. If that doesn't work, try using a toothpick or the tip of a pair of scissors, being careful not to touch the AirPods themselves. The part you're removing is not fragile and should come off easily.
