I need to download an older version of Pages to run using the OS Monterey
I have a classroom set of 11-inch MB Airs from early 2015 that I would like to install an older version of Pages.

The ability to install Pages on older operating systems is tied to your Apple ID and if you at any time in the past since Oct 2013, installed Pages from the Mac App Store using that specific Apple ID. If not, then you cannot get an older version of Pages for any macOS. Apple does not provide a download site for past, full versions of Pages, and current versions of Pages require macOS Ventura (13.*) or later.
Otherwise, on a Monterey Mac, launch the Mac App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases panel. If Pages is present and indicates a download icon, click that. Do not press Cancel on any dialog that follows, and the last dialog will offer to install the last compatible version of Pages for Monterey. That should be Pages v13.1.
