Panasonic Image app issues, Lumix G7 with IPhone 15 Pro Max

I used to have no issues with playback and transfer of videos from the image app on my phone from Lumix G7. Now it is a royal pain in the a**! I use the app to record remotely, and when I try to play back, I hear the audio, but the image doesn't play back. Then after several attempts to transfer the video from the app to my IPhone library, it eventually works and can be viewed from my photo library.

I use this to record acting auditions, and this has made an already stressful process infuriating! Any input appreciated.
