Is there a way to disable camera swipe to the left on iPhone, but not disable my camera?

If you mean from the lock screen, you swipe left and it opens the camera, I'm afraid that is baked into iOS. I had to actually try what you meant because I've never once done this by accident. But no, you can't turn that off.
