Printing multiple tables in Numbers

I have 9 tables in 7 sheets of a Numbers file that I want to print. I can go to each sheet and print the table, but I would like to have a print button where I can press one button and print everything. The tables are setu and filtered so that all I have to do is print that sheet and I will have what I want. You could do this sith script ffiles in Lotus or Quattro but I do not iknow if it can be done in Numbers possibly using Apple script etc. Any comments or ideas?

Have you tried the Print All Sheets option in the Print Dialog?

I had not thought of that Jerry, but I didn't mention that I have several other sheets in the file I do not want to print.

I have 4 sheets that I do not want to print. 2 of those sheets I could move to another file What would happen if I filtered the table on the sheets I want to keep so that all rows are hidden. That may work.

Be careful what you move to another file because separate files can’t communicate with each other.

All I can offer is for you to think about consolidating tables on sheets in such a way as to minimize what sheet’s need printing.

There are helpers here who could probably whip up an AppleScript to automate the selective sheet printing.

It almost worked, but I ended up with some pages on the back of the previous sheet instead of starting a new sheet. I think I am going to learn about Apple Script.
