iPhone 15 pro not charging

My iphone 15pro has problems charging wirelessly on an INIU charger. It activates for a few seconds and then stops charging.

I've never heard of this company or their charger, but found them on Amazon. If this is their portable charger, you should reach out to them for help. I assume your iPhone charges reliably either plugged in or on a MagSafe charger?
