Not sure that you mean when you say your "new" iPhone 7. The iPhone 7 was discontinued in September 2019, so your "new" phone is at least 4+ years old and probably much older.

You got banned from SnapChat for a reason. Only SnapChat can remove the ban.

Contact SnapChat Support. This has nothing to do with Apple.

If Snapchat banned you and your phone, I don't think there's anything we can do about it. This is a user-to-user forum. As far as I know, Apple mostly is not here (except to moderate), and they couldn't lift a Snapchat ban even if they were.

This presumably was a “pre-owned” iPhone 7, because that model was discontinued 4 1/2 years ago. And if the previous owner did something that got them banned from Snapchat then you will never be able to use that phone with snapchat, unless it was a temporary ban. Snap actually DOES ban devices, not just users. Probably to prevent someone who has been banned from just creating a new account.
