How do I apply for an Apple Card
I need help applying for apple card and i dont have an annual income

I would suggest contacting Apple Support, as described in the Related Article.
I don't know if they'll accept applications from someone who has no annual income. They might refuse outright, or they might want evidence of savings that you could use to pay your credit card bills. But Apple (or the bank which issues the credit card for them) would be the ones to ask.
