I spilled water on my iPad Pro
Is there any way that my iPad will work fine. It’s working normal just I can see water inside my screen and a strip at left side bottom
iPad Pro, iPadOS 17

Water and electronics generally do not make happy bedfellows. Your iPad is not designed to be water resistant. While it will survive being splashed with water if immediately dried, it will almost certainly suffer irreparable damage if it is allowed to get wet, or is submerged for any length of time.
If the worst should happen, speed is essential. If the iPad gets wet, it should be immediately dried with an absorbent towel - then set aside in a warm, dry location to throughly dry. The iPad should be turned-off - and no attempt made to turn-on, use, or charge the iPad until you are absolutely certain that the iPad has fully dried out. Pay particular attention to the charging port.
If you need to seek assurance that the iPad is okay, a visit to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) is strongly recommended - as this will provide opportunity for the technicians to test and assess your iPad damage and you to explore your available options.

Be aware that your device warranty will not cover water damage. If you have benefit of an active AppleCare+ plan, your iPad should be covered for accidental damage.

That looks like a serious problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
