How to update iPhone 6 to download Facebook and YouTube?

The FaceBook app requires iOS 13.4 or later; the YouTube app requires iOS 14.0 or later. So you can't run them on an iPhone 6. I suspect the developers won't be interested in supporting old versions of their apps that might have once run on iOS 12.5.7, let alone releasing new ones that would run on iOS 12.5.7.
You could try using the Web interfaces to FaceBook and YouTube. Might work, might not.
If that doesn't work, your practical choice will be between doing without those services on your phone, or getting a newer phone that can support the apps you want/need. If you are thinking of buying a used phone, you might want to review the tips in
