can not access Apple ID password?

Hi! So I bought an IPhone 7 second hand off an older lady earlier this week, I didn’t properly check to make sure it was factory reset, when getting home I realized she hadn’t logged out of her Apple ID hence the phone wasn’t reset yet, it keeps asking for a phone number (that I don’t have) or her password that I also don’t have:/ I’m wondering if there’s a way I can bypass this? I can no longer get in contact with her since she deleted the add I got it from.. I have access to most if not all of her information but don’t want to go out of my way to try to contact her unless it’s the last option!
