I can’t make online banking payments from my iPhone XS because the authenticating biometrics approval (where they ‘put you in the image’ and ask you to blink your eyes) is blurred. My image is also blurred when I’m on a FaceTime call.
It is possible that the front facing camera, on your iPhone, is failing. Your best bet is to contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
