ipad charger not working with ipad properly however works with any other device just fine

So basically this has been happening with my iPad 10th gen for a day now, and what is happening is that the device would not charge with the charger properly. by that I mean that it shows charging icon first and after a second it simply just stops charging. now if I use my 33w mi charger however the iPad sometimes doesn’t work……..but it works like 90% of the time. now the apple charger perfectly charges other devices. Is this a software bug or something else?

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> Fix issues with charging , it could be a hardware (battery? charging port? other internal component?) problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device+charger+cable inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

(*) You can do it:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
