Spam email adding events to calendar

About 4/5 months ago I started getting events added to my calendar that I had not responded too. Despite the many replies here this is NOT the go to calendar >> accounts and delete the rouge account issue.

This is email coming into the spam folder in Apple Mail automatically being added to the calendar.

the work around is to delete all the spam in the spam folder but i would like to see Apple add a setting in calendar to specify which folders invites can be added to the calendar from or at a bare minimum prevent anything in the spam folder being added automatically.
