The online store for Azerbaijan refers purchasers to the local Apple Authorized Resellers finder at Where to Buy - Apple (AZ) to enter a locality, and from which a list is generated of authorised resellers. There are 83 such stores in Baku, for example.

Apple does not ship internationally. You’ll need to purchase using the local online store. Apple.com/store
