As far as the part of the power adapter that connects to the wall outlet, it will still be the same. It's the power cable part that may need to be changed.
Since you didn't provide us with what you are using now, I can only tell you that your iPhone 15 has a USB-C connector. Earlier models came with Lightning connector.
Apple does sell a 20W USB-C power adapter that can be used with this phone.
