The display has vertical yellow line after the update . My device name is mac book air 2023 15inch. Is it display fault or update fault?

I would try the keyboard shortcut "shift-command-3" to take a full screen screenshot. does the anomaly show up in the screenshot? and in the same place relative to it's position on the screen?

Brand new macbook screen pixelated i literally just unboxed my macbook air m1 and as I am setting up I noticed the screen is somehwat pixelated. then are thin black lines the uniformally run accross the screen
