Numbers on iPad

Is there a way to automatically share data from one Numbers document with another Numbers document?

I keep daily expenses on individual monthly spreadsheets. January. February. Etc.

I also keep monthly totals on a yearly spreadsheet. 2024.

As the total for a category on a monthly document changes, I want the total for that category to change automatically on the yearly document.

Budget and Transaction Sheets I'm creating monthly budget sheets and numbers, as well as monthly transaction sheets. How do I manage the monthly transaction sheets to transfer monthly transactions to the correct sheet for the month? fWill I have to create a totally different document in order to have them linked, or is there a way that I can one yearly budget document, and different monthly budget & transaction sheets in that document that are linked month to month?

adding a totals sheet I have a cell that totals up numbers on each of 12 sheets (named by month) I want to have a totals sheet say "totals sheet 13" that will give me all the totals I request from previous sheets (automatically transfered". Can I do this?

LK,

Numbers Documents can't exchange data from one to another. It is, however, quite easy to combine documents to make sharing possible.

You can copy Tables, and Paste them into another document. There's not much downside to consolidation, unless your documents are so large that they are already sluggish.
