How to get rid of Cupertino in weather widget?

I’m from San Diego, CA & every time I go to the weather widget to check our weather or other locations that I added. Cupertino weather always pops up and wants to get added. How do I get rid of that Cupertino widget to stop popping up for good?

Hello JAMRDS, Thanks for the ScreenShots. I found this OLD post on this issue that may help you.

On the Home Screen, the weather widget displays Cupertino by default - to change this hold down on the widget and select “edit widget” you will see the default city of Cupertino displayed. Just select “my location” to save to the city you’re in (or any other city if you want this to be your default choice.

Hopefully this will stop the Cupertino default from showing up again.
