In your My Subscriptions window click on Filter and make sure you aren't filtering them out.

Why does it only show my recent threads? I want to see all of my threads.
To see all of the threads that you have participated in, including older ones, you may find it more useful to use a third party search engine. Our hosts are aware of this current shortcoming.
site:discussions.apple.com +"username"
The site part restricts to results from the given server hostname.
The + is for must include
The quotation marks group the keywords if it includes a space character or other separating character.
Replace username with your own forum username.
Please stop yelling at us. We are not Apple but rather other end users like you. Apple will not see your complaint here, and we cannot fix this.

I have tried pretty much all of the settings. It still doesn’t show all of my threads. Stop hiding my threads!
