Speakerphone using 2.4 ghz instead of 5 ghz

I am about to buy 2 way speaker phone which uses 2.4ghz . My new iPhone is 5 ghz and I’m not sure what the router does. is it easy to change my phone to 2.4 and still use it? Or should i be doing something else? Im currently in India and want to get a professional to connect it on my return. Will he be able to sort it out? i I can’t trust my son or lodgers to sort it out while I’m away!

The iPhone equipped with a 5GHz WiFi capability possesses the advantageous feature of backward compatibility, enabling seamless connectivity to routers operating on the 2.4GHz frequency. This means that users can experience the benefits of enhanced data transfer speeds and reduced interference associated with the 5GHz band, while still maintaining the flexibility to connect to older or more widely used 2.4GHz routers. This versatile compatibility ensures a broader range of connectivity options, allowing users to stay connected across various WiFi networks without constraints.
