Can’t download anything

I we’ll love to know why I can’t download any app, listen to Apple Music, and why can’t I buy more storage for pictures and videos please contact me as soon as possible because I want to buy more storage for next month before March 1 because I am going To a concert and I want to be able to take pictures and videos please contact me as soon as possible please

If one or more of the following 6 options are true then you can't choose None as a payment method then the Billing information is needed. The "None" option will not appear...

If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
If you have a subscription that automatically renews
If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
If you changed your country or region
If you're a part of Family Sharing

If you can't download, make purchases, or update apps, including free apps, you must update your payment method or add a new one. If you verified that a payment method is available in your country or region and you're still having trouble, learn more.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
