How can I track lost iPhones?

Hey, so I lost my iPhone 11 Pro Max in January and iPhone XR on 2nd February. I'm using Find My but they're both offline. I can't see anything but a blank screen when I open Find My and I don't know what to do about this. I can't see any last location either but I've activated Lost Mode and Play Sound as well. Is there anything I can do about this? Am I supposed to activate something else or be patient until someone finds them? Help :/

If the phones are out of power, turned off, or not connected to the Internet, they're probably not going to be able to report their location.

If you know where you lost the phones, you can look for them the old-fashioned way, e.g.,

With your eyes, and
By contacting lost and found departments of stores, police stations, etc. where an honest person might have turned in a lost phone
