Partial Syncing Performing web.whatsapp.com on IPad Pro with IpadOS 17.3 Version

There is a syncing problem. I think this might be due to the fact IPAD has high security requirements. I tried to relax some but no luck.

web.whatsapp.com on Safari and other browsers on the IPAD seems to show partial list of contacts. There is couple of missing contacts in the beginning of the list.

web.whatsapp.com on Safari also chooses not to show the message history of some contacts and is showing the messages of other contacts.

It asks me to wait and synch and sometimes it brings back couple of more lines but nothing more than a short conversation.

It all started yesterday 6th February. I have tried to restart my phone and my IPAD it did not work.

Anyone have any ideas how I can sort out this syncing problem ?
