Please check that you do not have notifications "silenced":

Else: Wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPhone.

If you do not have automatic updates turned on:

Please check Settings > General > Software update to see if there is an update you may need to install.

(The screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available.)

Eg: About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 17.3 is the latest version ...

If your iPhone is already updated to the latest version:

Am not familiar with discord and outlook:
