Missing Siri and dictation access to location

So in the screenshot, the two circles are the two populations that should be available and are missing.

Siri's location dependency for unrelated questions on iPhone 16 Pro Max When I ask Siri a question unrelated to MY location, she tells me she can't answer until I provide my location. for example: Siri where is Mt.
