My Apple ID - payment method not showing option for add a credit card. How can I add credit card payment method?

In my iPhone 13 at payment method there is no option available for credit cards/ debit cards.

there is only two options. One is UPI payment and another one is Net banking.

however, I wish to add my credit card for payments. But there is no option so that I could not purchase any kind of apps, cloud space and etc.

And in these two methods, UPI payment method does not allow automatic payment and for net banking I don’t want to made any auto payments because I need to contact my branch for approval on my account. So can any one help me with how to add credit card payment method?
