MagSafe charger blinking

I use 140w usb-c power adapter with MagSafe 3 cable to charge my MacBook Pro with m1. Everything was okay until 5 days ago the charger started blinking and stopped charging the laptop. I tried every outlet in my apartment but had no luck. I thought the problem was in my charger but then I tried to plug it into another electrical network in another apartment and everything was good. I found several places where the charging goes well and several networks where the charger was blinking.

The main problem is I can't charge my MacBook in my apartment now. How can I resolve this?

The thing is, if the adapter works in other electrical networks in other apartments, the problem must be in electrical wiring in your apartment and/or the electrical sockets. The socket holes are loose and breaks the connection. This situation could be dangerous for other electrical appliances you have. Better check this with an electrician.

Do you have an Electrical Extension Box, such as this?

Plug it into your wall socket and plug the adapter into one of the sockets in the electrical extension box, and check if electricity flows well that way. It could be that the wall sockets have loose connections. Adapter is heavy and it moves and the connection is lost.
