When photos are permanently deleted, they are deleted permanently.

When you delete the photo, it will be placed in the Recently Deleted Folder for 30 days. If you delete them from that folder or if it has been longer than 30 days, they are gone.

Photos should always be saved in a secondary location as a backup.

You retrieve them from wherever you backed them up to.

If you didn’t back them up somewhere, they are gone.

Permanently deleted photos are permanently gone if you did not save them to your computer or some online storage site.
