Instructions say: "On iPhone: open the Wallet app, tap your Apple Cash card, tap the More button the more button, then tap Transfer to Bank the transfer to bank button."
There is no Transfer to Bank button.

You're absolutely correct! I was going to the Apple Card in the wallet and not to the Apple Cash.

If you use the same process on the iPhone as described for the iPad, it works. The steps for the iPhone are wrong.
