If you're experiencing difficulty disconnecting or forgetting unknown Bluetooth devices on your iPad Pro and iPhone 11, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Restart Bluetooth:

- Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPad Pro and iPhone 11, then toggle the Bluetooth switch off and on again. This action may help refresh the Bluetooth connection and resolve any temporary issues.

2. Forget Devices Manually:

- In the Bluetooth settings of your iPad Pro and iPhone 11, locate the unknown devices in the list of paired devices. Tap on the "i" icon next to each unknown device, then select "Forget This Device" to remove it from the list.

3. Restart Your Devices:

- Restart both your iPad Pro and iPhone 11 to reset their Bluetooth connections and settings. This simple step can often resolve various Bluetooth-related issues.

4. Reset Network Settings:

- If the issue persists, try resetting the network settings on your iPad Pro and iPhone 11. Go to Settings > General > Reset, then select "Reset Network Settings." Keep in mind that this will reset all network-related settings, including Wi-Fi passwords and VPN configurations.

5. Update Software:

- Ensure that your iPad Pro and iPhone 11 are running the latest version of iOS/iPadOS. Sometimes, software updates include bug fixes and improvements related to Bluetooth connectivity.

6. Disable Nearby Devices:

- If there are other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be causing interference, try moving away from them or turning them off temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.

7. Contact Apple Support:

- If none of the above steps resolve the problem, you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. They can provide additional troubleshooting steps or advise you on how to proceed.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully disconnect and forget unknown Bluetooth devices from your iPad Pro and iPhone 11. If the issue persists, reaching out to Apple Support would be the next best course of action.
