I purchased Apple gift cards from 2 different retailers and when I opened the gift cards to redeem them they wouldn’t redeem. Looking at the gift card I noticed the the cereal numbers did not match. I went back to one of the stores which they contacted Apple and was told they could sort it out. After waiting for over an hour for a call back from Apple they are now saying it is the stores responsibility to give me my money back and told me to go back to them. Can anyone tell me what I should do please it is £450 worth of gift cards that I can’t afford to loose.
