MacBook Air, macOS 14.3

Automated translation (from Portuguese):

"I can't pair my iphone 14 pro max with my macbook air m2

I'm trying to pair my iPhone to my Mac, but I can't. The iPhone can find my Mac via Bluetooth but when I click to connect, a message appears saying that it didn't work because it took too long and the device must be out of range, even though they are next to each other, and other times it appears a message saying that the device is not supported. The Mac's Bluetooth doesn't even find my iPhone, it keeps searching incessantly, it finds several crazy devices that disappear quickly, but nothing from my iPhone."

Macs and iPhones don't pair via Bluetooth. I believe there may be some features that rely on Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth communication between a Mac and an iPhone, but the normal way that you would wirelessly synchronize a Mac and an iPhone would be through iCloud (using the same Apple ID on both devices).
