Online classes for Apple products

I have a MacOS Monterrey (MacBook Air). I am interested in taking online classes. They are offered at my local Apple store but would prefer to do online. Are there any offerings either on Apple or Youtube?

Class for my mom and her MacBook Ive heard of apple providing classes for people on how to use their products, especially for older people. I am in Germany so I can't just call the apple store near her to find out. She lives in Novi, Michigan and I am trying to book it online for her. She got a MacBook for work and she is really struggling with it.

Online Classes Has Apple thought about doing online classes for new Mac users (that are long-time Windows users)? I see from the same question asked that they did in-person training before COVID changed everything but I'm kinda surprised that, like others, Apple didn't take these training classes into the online format. Also a format where I can ask a question works better for me than to be given a link that either doesn't answer the question, steers away from the question, or isn't something that was asked. I'm not a read the manual type when I comes to computers.
