I purchased Logic Pro about 10 years ago and have been using it since. In 2020, I bought an educator Apple software package that included Logic Pro and Final Cut. It was purchased to get Final Cut because I already had Logic.
So can I give that extra copy that came with Final Cut to a friend since I technically bought an extra copy?
If so, how do I transfer that extra copy?

Software licenses are non-transferable, that's pretty universal, and especially for Apple. The license is married to your Apple ID login. So to "share" (which isn't really legal) you'd have to let your friend login to your Apple ID account on their Mac, or they'd just have to purchase it themselves. So no, you can't "share" a software license.
