gridlines and cells on iphone 15 screen

after updating iphone 15 pro ios to latest version, gridlines with cell numbers appeared on screen.

please recommend how to hide them from the iphone screen.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Yes, I was able to see the screenshot that you had posted. Thanks for that. I now understand the issue that you are facing. To resolve it, open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Voice Control ➡️ Overlay: Ensure that this option is set to None.

Are you able to take a screenshot of what you are seeing on your iPhone's screen? If you can, then please post it so that I can understand your issue. Thanks.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

Thanks for technical assistance on my iPhone 15 pro issue. Attached is the screenshot with cell numbers on gridlines blocking text and images on screen.
